Boost's immune system, helps lower chronic pain, reduces pain from arthritis, enhances circulation, boost metabolism, reduces joint pain and stiffness, relieve sore muscles, improve injury recovery time, improves cardiovascular health, improves sleep, detoxification, clearer skin, reduces fatigue, induces relaxation and reduces stress! 

 $20 a session for up to 1 hour, or you can bundle it with a gym membership!!!

Pilaties & Yoga Combined

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility of Yoga with non-stop fluid movement using your bodyweight                                   to perform a series of continuous,                                                targeted moves to define every                                                 muscle.  This class features fun                                                music to give an intense, yet low                                           impact workout.  The goal is to                                         sweat, stretch, and strengthen all in one empowering workout.  Yoga mat, clean sneakers

(or barefoot) are a must!

Classes are held at

Saturdays at 7:45am to 8:45am.
