A personal trainer is an individual certified to have varying degrees of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

What is "New You"?

This program offers fitness coaching, diet recommendations and the motivation and support you need to live a healthy lifestyle that works for you.  Not once during this program will we recommend you to go on a "diet."  The changes will be introduced slowly over time so that you will be able to adapt them to your schedule and capability.  This is not a 30, 60, or even a 90 day program.  This is a lifestyle change; you will learn to live healthy forever.

How does it work?

Jennifer Button-Weller will meet with you once a week.  At the first meeting you will discuss your long and short term goals, current fitness level, and eating habits.  You will be expected to weigh in every week, and have measurements taken once a month.  You will be given a notebook to track your progress and food intake along with being given your "homework" each week.  Pictures will be taken each month so you can track your progress.  A private Facebook page will be set up for open communication with Jennifer.

What is the program?

The program will consist of an exercise program personalized to your fitness ability, weekly healthy lifestyle goals, diet recommendations, and motivational support.

The fitness center is $25.00/month

The "New You" program is $125.00/month

What is "Personal Training"?

Personal training with Bryanne is a program that is specialized to the client's needs. The program pushes clients at a steady pace to achieve an end goal.  The end goal could be anything along the lines of gaining strength, losing weight, or improving overall fitness.  We can alter the program to focus on certain areas of the body that you would like specific results on or we can work on the client's structure as a whole.

How does it work?

The program works first by the client choosing how many days a week they would like to meet.  Once the client gets into contact with Bryanne, you will set up a time and date that you will start your first session.  At that first session, an evaluation will take place.  You will then begin the training at following sessions.

1. Slow & Steady

Includes gym membership, 1 private session per week with Bryanne, personalized appointed exercises throughout the week.

2. Medium Muscle

Includes gym membership, 2 private sessions per week with Bryanne, personalized appointed exercises throughout the week.

3. Fast Fitness

Includes gym membership, 3 private sessions per week with Bryanne, personalized appointed exercises throughout the week.
